Services Summary

APM is a Latino-based health, human services, community and economic development non-profit organization serving the Philadelphia area. APM is immersed in the work of strengthening the community by helping people turn periods of joblessness and despair into lives of hope, dignity and independence. Our supportive housing programs provide long term help to the Hispanic homeless population by providing housing assistance and appropriate supportive services that help clients master the tools necessary for successful independent living.
